Like the name of our website implies, we're a bunch of nerds.

Do you like reading studies? We LIVE for it. Instead of simply trusting supplement manufacturer claims, we read all the research available on any active ingredient to see what lives up to the claims (and doesn't).

We have no patience for false claims and our recommendations might surprise you sometimes- a lot of the information available online is outdated or even misleading, and we stay on top of the most current research!
